From Clermont-Ferrand:

Take the A75, direction Montpellier.
Exit Lodève and follow signs for the ‘Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc’, direction Lunas/Bédarieux.
The route from Lodève climbs steeply and at its highest point you will see a turning to the right marked Le Caylar. Bear to the left here, staying on the D35, to begin the descent to Lunas.
You will pass two right hand turns, the first to Vasplonges le Haut, the second to Vasplonges le Bas then watch for a left hand turn to a little road that rises almost vertically. Take this steep left hand turn, marked La Dournie. This meandering little road takes you down to the Nize valley. There are signs marked  'Seminars'  to guide you down to the L'Alabrena.

From the Autoroute A9 take exit 34 then follow the D13 in the direction of Pézenas and Bédarieux.
From Bedarieux take the D35 direction Bousquet d' Orb/Lunas to Lunas.

From Lunas:

L'Alabrena is accessed by crossing a medieval bridge over the river that flows through the centre of Lunas. On entering the village look for the church on the right hand side. As soon as you are parallel with it (still on the D35) you will see a fork that takes you down to run alongside the river. Take this fork and continue over the medieval bridge. Just the other side you will see signs to the Alabrena and Briandes. Stay on this road for 6km following ‘Nize’ signs and you will arrive at the L'Alabrena.
