This is our very own "Pat ourselves on the back" area. Joking aside, we really are proud of the recognition we are receiving from so many eminent quarters. This is not second hand praise either, it comes from people who have travelled to see us at our organic domaine in the South of France, some of them from as far as Canada, to spend time with us, to experience our friendly organic courses first hand and to soak up the wonderful atmosphere that prevails here in Laval de Nize at the heart of the Herault region of the Languedoc.
