L'Alabrena Restaurant
The Restaurant can seat up to 60 people. It enjoys splendid views over the Domaine and there is an imposing open fireplace where we spit roast locally caught fish and game in the winter.
We offer a four course evening menu of tempting dishes prepared fresh daily from locally sourced and organic ingredients wherever possible. We offer regional specialities and there are vegetarian and vegan options on request.
The garden is our kitchen and we make great use of our own organic potager for vegetables, soft fruits and herbs. As this is the Midi – blue skies and very warm sunshine from mid-May until the end of September – meals can usually be served on the terrace overlooking the river. Barbecues are a speciality.
We serve an extensive buffet breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh local breads and pastries, fresh juices and a variety of teas and coffees.
The food is complemented by wine from our young but developing cellar.
